You are selling Amplify Creative the rights to use your artwork royalty free. You will receive in compensation only what is agreed upon in this TERMS OF USE. Amplify Creative is the parent name of Amplify Decals. This terms of use is only in effect for the Amplify Decals website.
You remain the copyright holder of your work, you are only giving Amplify Creative the rights to sell and distribute your work within the Amplify Decals website.
We will respect your copyright and not share it with any third parties. If your work is not published on the Amplify Decals domain we will remove it from our database.
You are agreeing to these current terms of compensation. This compensation applies to this batch of decals ONLY. If compensation changes in the future, this batch is not eligible for those terms.
Currently compensation is in the form of a $25 gift card to the Amplify Decals online store. This $25 is good for any decal or batch of your liking.
In addition to the $25 gift card you will receive a free batch of your own published decals.
There is no guarantee that your batch of decals will be accepted for production and sale on the Amplify Decals website. We reserve the right to accept or deny any submitted batch as we see fit for the overall goals and guidelines of the Amplify Decals website.
Decals that violate these guidelines WILL be rejected.
1. Copyright violation. You must have permission to use any artwork within your design or your design as a whole. You may not use names, logos or imagery without permission from the copyright holder.
2. Unusable artwork. Artwork that fails to meet our guidelines or that is unusable for production will be rejected.
3. Hateful material: Material that we deem hateful to a specific group of people will be rejected.
4. Offensive material. Material that is overly offensive either verbally or visually will be rejected. What crosses the line as overly offensive will be decided by Amplify Decals.
5. Pornographic material. Materials that fall outside of the realm of the human body as art and falls into the realm of blatantly sexual themes and images will be rejected.
